| a. The Interim Dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share less tax at 28% for the financial year ended 31 December 2005, which was declared on 15 November 2005 was paid on 18 January 2006. b. The Board of Directors has resolved to recommend to the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company a final dividend of 5.0 sen tax exempt per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2005, which will be paid on a date to be determined. |
