| No dividend has been paid since the end of the previous financial year. The Board of Directors has not declared or recommended the payment of dividend in respect of the current financial year ending 31 July 2012. A final dividend of 5.0 sen gross per share, less income tax at 25% proposed for the previous financial year ended 31 July 2011 has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2011. The dividend will be paid on 20 December 2011 to depositors registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 2 December 2011. |
