The net tangible assets per share for preceding year was computed based on shareholders' deficit of RM20,338 over 2 ordinary shares at RM1.00 each. The net tangible assets per share for current year was computed based on shareholders' fund of RM74.812 million over the 42,600,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each after the acquisition but before the public issue and conversion of the Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares. |
