| Note for No. 5 The basic earnings per share are calculated based on weighted average number of ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in issue of 1,965,271,611 for the current financial year (1,967,564,140 shares in previous corresponding year). Note for No. 6 i) An Interim Dividend of 13% (previous corresponding period: 13% less 25% tax) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30th June 2011 has been paid on 20th June 2011. ii) The Board of Directors recommends a Final Single Tier Dividend of 18% (preceding year: 18%) per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 30th June 2011 for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
