This is an amended announcement to the announcement made on 27 August 2018 (reference no. FRA-27082018-00018) to amend the following in the Quarterly Report for the financial period ended 30 June 2018:

Note B8 Group Borrowings and Debt Securities (page 6):
The correct figure for 'Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares' as at 2nd quarter ended 30 June 2018 should be 'RM77.719 million' instead of 'RM7.719 million'.  Consequently, the total figure should be 'RM78.527 million' instead of 'RM8.527 million'.
