We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 7 July 2023, 25 July 2023, 22 September 2023, 18 October 2023 and 24 January 2024 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement. The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce that on 6 February 2024, SDGB, a wholly owned subsidiary of SDHB, had been served with a Notice of Application dated 16 January 2024 and MBSB’s affidavit in support affirmed on 15 January 2024, applying for auction directions, seeking among others, an order for an auction date against the Project Land. On 21 February 2024, MBSB’s application for direction was heard. Accordingly, the Deputy Registrar fixed the auction date on 21 May 2024. SDHB will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the matter. This announcement is dated 27 February 2024. |
