that is the risk of long sideways either it shot up high or falling knife..

sideway is ok if everyday got high volume at lease u know the shark is inside.. if sideway with low volume then u will scare

last time during border lift announcement this counter got high volume but still sideways and never past 1.40.. i would say that they can manipulate those volumes
