Hmm, most likely in my opinion MIDF BOD receive new shares for the sale of MIDF and most probably will not be touching the market. So in terms of share price I would say relatively bullish

It’s not a rights issue, issuance of new share . It will not create dilution (assuming purchase price is fair), will be injecting MIDF business into MBSB
