We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 14 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 16 July 2025, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the following:
(i) admission of the Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of up to 150.0 million Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(ii) listing and quotation of up to 300.0 million Rights Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and
(iii) listing and quotation of up to 150.0 million new HRC Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
