We refer to the earlier announcements dated 4 March 2025, 4 April 2025, 10 April 2025, 30 June 2025, 15 July 2025 and the circular to the shareholders of MSC dated 30 April 2025 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 420,000,000 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the Main Board of SGX with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 July 2025, marking the completion of the Bonus Issue.
