The Board of Directors of Kawan Renergy Berhad (“KRB”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, KAWAN GREEN ENERGY SDN BHD (“KGESB”) had on 16 July 2025 accepted a letter of award from GAS MALAYSIA ENERGY ADVANCE SDN. BHD. (“GMEASB”) to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the Gas Turbine Co-Generation System (“GT-CGS”) at Lot 596, Lebuh Raja Lumu, Pandamaran Industrial Estate, 42009 Port Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Project”) with a contract price of RM38,810,777.00 (“Contract Price”).
