The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce the following:
(i) an interim single tier dividend of 0.50 cent per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2025 has been declared payable on 26 September 2025 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 29 August 2025.
(ii) proposed to seek shareholders' approval of the Proposed Share Buy-Back by way of an ordinary resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened at a later date. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the existing authority for the purchase of own shares shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM, unless the renewal is obtained.
(iii) proposed to seek shareholders' approval of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming AGM to be convened later.
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders concerning the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate is being prepared and will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
