The Board of Directors is pleased to anounce that Mr. Lim Wee Kiat has been appointed as Chairman of the ESOS Committee to replace Dato' Lim Ooi Hong who had resigned as Director of the Company. The composition of the ESOS Committee after the change is as follows:
