The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTT Logistics Hub 2 Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT, had on 18 July 2025 entered into eight (8) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements with Koperasi Kakitangan Bank Rakyat Berhad for the acquisition of eight (8) parcels of freehold land with the description below for a total cash consideration of RM60.0 million only: -
