Transaction 2 - Transfer of 630,000,000 Shares to 299 Global Sdn. Bhd. during the prescription period. Transaction 3 - Deemed interest by virtue of his shareholdings in 299 Global Sdn. Bhd. pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. Transaction 4 - Deemed interest by virtue of his child's shareholdings in the Company pursuant to Section 59(11)(C) of the Act 2016. Notes:- The percentage of interest in ordinary shares was calculated based on 1,050,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Encik Azman bin Yusof has direct interest in 105,000,000 ordinary shares (10%) held by himself and he is also deemed interested in ordinary shares (60.857%) held by 299 Global Sdn Bhd and his child after the changes. |
