Infoline Tec Group Berhad ("Infoline" or "the Company") - Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority for the Company to Purchase of up to 10% of the Total Number of Issued Shares of the Company ("the Proposal")
The Board of Directors of Infoline wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposal at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later.
