Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 March 2023 in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim filed in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur under suit no. WA-22NCC-106-03/2023. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiffs and the Defendants have reached the final settlement on 4 July 2025, on the following terms:-

1. The Defendants shall pay a sum of RM2,150,000.00 to the Plaintiffs in full and final settlement for the Claims; and
2. The Plaintiffs shall proceed to withdraw the Suit against both the Defendants with no order as to costs and without liberty to file afresh.

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia where necessary.
