OFFERING OF UP TO 50,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED PUT WARRANTS OVER NASDAQ-100 INDEX ("NDX") ("NDX-HM")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over NDX by way of market making.


The NDX-HM is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The NDX-HM is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The NDX-HM is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under NDX-HM are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
