We refer to our announcements dated 10 June 2025 in respect of the above Acquisition.
In connection to this, we wish to announce that the Acquisition is completed upon the issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate and the Investment Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City and the Management Board of Hanoi Industrial Parks and Export Processing Zones in Vietnam on 25 June 2025 and 23 July 2025 respectively.
With effect from 23 July 2025, the Company’s equity interest in KHMV is now increased from 75% to 80%.
