Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 15 July 2025 in respect of the resignation of UHY Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Securemetric wishes to announce that Crowe Malaysia PLT having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 24 July 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
