The Board of Directors of TVHB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting ("5th AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Appendix A of the Notice of the 5th AGM of the Company, which will be announced or published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Berhad's website in due course.
