We wish to announce that FCPO-CW01 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 July 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of FCPO-CW01 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of FCPO-CW01 x (RM4,282.8000 - RM4,888.0000) x (1/3,500)
= Number of FCPO-CW01 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM4,282.8000 was determined based on the average settlement price of the October 2025 FCPO contract (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any Market Disruption Event) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised FCPO-CW01 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to FCPO-CW01 shall terminate absolutely.
