Pursuant to Directors' Circular Resolution No. 5/2025 dated 25 July 2025, the Board wishes to announce that (Dr.) Salihin bin Abang will cease to serve as a Member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee and will be appointed as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective 1 August 2025. He will be succeeded on the Risk and Sustainability Committee by Encik Mohamed Syazwan bin Abdullah @ Laga, effective on the same date. For clarity, the Risk Committee of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad also encompasses sustainability matters and is formally known as the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
