Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 January 2024, 22 January 2024, 5 March 2024, 4 April 2024, 18 April 2024, 23 April 2024 and 13 February 2025.
During the Case Management on 22 July 2025, the Court had fixed a new Case Management date on 5 August 2025. The Court has instructed the parties to proceed with the filing of the pre-trial documents if the matter is not settled by then.
