The Board of Directors of Annum Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has submitted the Appeal letter regarding the decision to de-list the Company’s securities from the official list of Bursa Securities on 23 May 2025 and currently pending for Bursa Securities’ decision.
The Company is currently pending for Bursa Securities decision and will make further announcements on the outcome of the Appeal in due course.
