Venus Lim Poh Chun is the Joint Company Secretary for several of UEM Sunrise's subsidiaries. She is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional under The Chartered Governance Institute. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Liverpool John Moores University, UK. 

Venus Lim began her career in corporate secretarial practice in 2007. From 2011 until 2016, she was attached to an established secretarial firm, where she provided a broad range of corporate secretarial services to private companies, multinational corporations and public listed groups across various sectors, including manufacturing, oil & gas, print packaging and banking. 

In September 2016, she joined the Secretarial Division of UEM Group Berhad and was subsequently transferred to UEM Sunrise's Company Secretarial Services department in October 2017.
