The Board of Directors of SkyGate Solutions Berhad (“SKYGATE” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that SkyGate NHJ Sdn Bhd (“SNHJ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 1 August 2025 entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement (the “Agreement”) with New Jin Hai Pte Ltd. (the “NJH”) to invest in SkyGate NHJ Technology Sdn Bhd (“NHJ Tech”) for the purpose of operating an advanced precision manufacturing business in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia (the “Joint Venture”).
