On 1 August 2025, the Company was notified that its wholly owned subsidiary, Xendity Pte Ltd has been struck off from the Register of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") on 27 July 2025.

Xendity Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 20 February 2017. It has an issued share capital of 3,105,263 for SGD3,125,000.

The voluntary strike-off of the said subsidiary does not have any financial and operation impact on the Company.
