We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 120,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ZETRIX by way of market making. The ZETRIX-C9P is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The ZETRIX-C9P is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The ZETRIX-C9P is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under ZETRIX-C9P are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of ZETRIX-C9P is set out in the attachment.
