Sime Darby Berhad (“Sime”) wishes to announce that UHE Properties Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime, has been struck off from the register of companies on 4 August 2025 following an application of striking off made on 12 March 2025 pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016.

The said striking off is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings, net assets or operations of the Sime Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of Sime or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said striking off.
