Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 10 April 2025 in relation to the above matter.
The Board of Directors of CENGILD wishes to inform that the name of Galen Primer Sdn Bhd ("GPSB") had been struck off from the register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 upon publication in the Gazette on 28 July 2025.
Accordingly, GPSB shall be dissolved and ceased to be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CENGILD.
