We refer to the announcement dated 17 February 2025 in relation to the approval from Bursa Securities for an extension of time to submit PinePac’s regularisation plan by 6 August 2025 and the announcement dated 31 July 2025 in relation to the proposed selective capital reduction and repayment exercise pursuant to section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed SCR”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the Company had on even date submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek approval for a further extension of time for the Company to submit its proposed regularisation plan (“EOT Application”) pursuant to paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR of Bursa Securities in view of the Proposed SCR. In relation thereto, further announcement shall be made by the Company upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities on the said EOT Application.
