We refer to the announcements dated 19 July 2024, 5 August 2024, 8 August 2024, 27 August 2024, 24 January 2025 and 1 August 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
