The Board of Directors of K-One Technology Berhad (“K-One Tech” or “Company” or “K-One Group”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, K-One Wellness Sdn Bhd (“K-One Wellness”) has on 7 August 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with MyResQ Sdn Bhd ("MyResQ"). This collaboration designates MyResQ as the official Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Training Partner and Representative for K-One Wellness, with the purpose of enhancing CPR capabilities targeting the working population and promoting awareness and education in emergency medical response amongst the public.
