(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcements dated 07 April 2025 and 13 June 2025 in relation to the proposed diversification of the existing businesses of Tek Seng and its subsidiaries to include property investment business (“Announcements”))
Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of Tek Seng wishes to inform the commencement of rental contributions following the completion of the construction of the building located at Plot 320, Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 8, Penang Science Park, Bukit Minyak, MK 13, 14100 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang and, the proposed diversification was accordingly completed.
