| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Lee Kok Khee ("Datuk Lee") has been with Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("KIBB") for twenty-two (22) years, and his last position held in KIBB was the Executive Director, Head of Group Equity Business. Datuk Lee has extensive experience in equity broking, equity derivatives, investment banking, corporate finance, fintech and digital businesses. Under his leadership while heading KIBB's Group Equity Business Division, KIBB's equity business had clinched various awards domestically and internationally, while its equity derivatives business was the top structured warrants issuer in Malaysia and won awards both locally and internationally, whereas Rakuten Trade Sdn Bhd, a fully online broking company that was co-founded by KIBB and Rakuten Securities, Inc. in 2016, had also won the 2018 Fintech Company of the Year award in Malaysia. |
