We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025 and 4 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that, in accordance with paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Board (save for the Interested Directors, namely Puan Sri Datin Vivienne Ketheeswaran and K. Selveswaran A/L Kanagaratnam) has appointed BDO Capital Consultants Sdn Bhd to act as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the Board (save for the Interested Directors) and the disinterested shareholders of PinePac in respect of the Proposed SCR.
