| The Warrants are issued free to the subscribers of the Rights Issue with Warrants on the basis of two (2) Rights Shares together with two (2) free Warrants for every five (5) existing BHB Shares held on 12 November 2013. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new BHB Share at the exercise price of RM4.72, which shall be satisfied in cash, at any time during the exercise period, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 25 October 2013 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 10 December 2013. |
