The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 August 2025 been awarded with a contract worth RM40,760,939.00, to undertake mechanical and electrical works for a new production floor fit up, including cleanroom architecture and process utilities, from a renowned US based multinational corporation which offers edge AI deployment, that brings deep-learning to device(s) with ultra-low-power neural decision processors and hardware-agnostic machine learning models.

The aforesaid works are expected to commence and complete by 15 August 2025 and 21 November 2025 respectively.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. 

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them has any direct/indirect interest in the Contracts.

Other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contracts, the Company does not anticipate any exceptional risks.
