The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 August 2025 entered into a Heads of Agreement with Planet QEOS Sdn. Bhd. for the purpose of jointly develop a 155 MWp large-scale solar photovoltaic power plant with 310 MWhr integrated Battery Energy Storage Systems to be located in Long Lama, Baram, Sarawak. Details of the announcement are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 11 August 2025.
