We refer to the announcement made by the Company dated 5 August 2025 pertaining to the facility management agreement entered into by KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KJTS, with M East Sdn Bhd ("the Agreement") ("Announcement") and the query from Bursa Securities dated 8 August 2025 in relation to the Announcement.

We wish to inform that the Agreement shall be automatically extended for a further period of 1 year unless either party gives three months prior written notice to the other party that it does not intend to extend the Agreement upon expiry of the current term.
