On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the fourth tranche of up to 57,817,788 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.3300 per Placement Share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 1.87% to the 5-day VWAP of KAB Shares up to and including 11 August 2025 of RM0.3363.
