Efficient E-Solutions Berhad (“Efficient” or “Company”) wishes to inform that Livingston Education Sdn. Bhd. (“LESB”), a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company, has been placed under members’ voluntary winding-up on 08 August 2025, and the acknowledgement receipt of the Notice of Resolution on Members’ Voluntary Winding up by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, was received by the Company on 12 August 2025.

The original cost of investment of Efficient in LESB is RM1,000,000.00. The voluntary winding-up of LESB is part of Efficient’s continued initiative to eliminate unnecessary administrative costs in maintaining dormant subsidiary(ies). The voluntary winding-up is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Efficient Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the voluntary winding-up process will take approximately 12 months to complete.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary winding-up of LESB and no approval of shareholders is required.
