We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KOSSAN by way of market making.
KOSSAN-C84 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
KOSSAN-C84 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2024. KOSSAN-C84 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 December 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 May 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 June 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 August 2025 and the Term Sheet for KOSSAN-C84 dated 13 August 2025.
