(We refer to the Company's announcements dated 24 September 2024, 21 November 2024, 6 February 2025, 24 February 2025, 21 March 2025, 6 June 2025 and 6 August 2025, in relation to amongst others, the Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said Announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 13 August 2025. Pursuant thereto, the Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 13 August 2025.
