We wish to announce that MSM-C4 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 August 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MSM-C4 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MSM-C4 x (RM1.0576 - RM1.6000) x (1/3)
= Number of MSM-C4 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.0576 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MSM Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MSM-C4 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MSM-C4 shall terminate absolutely.
