We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 October 2024, 13 February 2025, 28 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 16 April 2025 and 26 May 2025 on the delay in issuance of the Outstanding Financial Statements (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company’s application for a third extension of time (“3rd EOT Application”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act  2016 to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for the purpose of convening its 7th Annual General Meeting and submitting the Outstanding Financial Statement has been deemed unsuccessful.

We have been informed that the 3rd EOT Application was not able to consider nor process due to the impeding technical issues of the CCM portal.

Despite the Company’s continuous efforts to resolve the matter through multiple communication channels with the CCM, the Company has not received any feedback nor decision from CCM so far.

The Company will continue to actively engage with the CCM to resolve the subject matter and make the necessary announcement(s) on the developments thereof accordingly.
