SINARAN ADVANCE GROUP BERHAD (SAG OR THE COMPANY) - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF THE COMPANY (ESOS)

We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of SAG at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 March 2021.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, SAG wishes to announce that SAG has on 18 August 2025 offered a total of 21,644,000 share options at the option price of RM0.02 to eligible Director of SAG in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS. The details of the offer of share options are as follows:
