Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 27 May 2025 pertaining to the change of its financial year end from 31 March to 30 June.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("SSM") for an extension of time up to 31 December 2025 to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 ("EOT Application"). The EOT Application has been auto-registered with the SSM and has been granted automatic approval by the SSM on 18 August 2025.
