We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PCHEM by way of market making. The PCHEM-C1U is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PCHEM-C1U is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The PCHEM-C1U is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under PCHEM-C1U are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of PCHEM-C1U is set out in the attachment.
